Cancellation Policy

To cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment, please call us directly. All cancelations must be made 48 hours before the appointment and all rescheduling must be done 24 hours before the appointment. We would like to inform you that when scheduling a detailing service with us, if we are to come to your location, we will be utilizing your water and electricity supply. Please rest assured that the cost of water and electricity is negligible. Additionally, we kindly advise that the noise level of our machines may be slightly high. If you prefer, we offer the option to bring your vehicle to one of our locations for detailing. Please make sure you have read and agreed to our other terms & conditions before booking. We greatly appreciate your detailing opportunity!
